So you've been arrested for a DUI how much worse could it be? Just read what happen in the Heather Locklear DUI. Did someone follow you and take pictures? Then sell them to the tabloids so everyone could see what happened?
Did your mug shot make it to all the TV news stations and show up on web pages? No, well Heather Locklear's did. How miserable would that be to not only get arrested but to be humiliated over and over for months because of it.
Did you know that you can be arrested for driving under the influence even if you have no alcohol in your system. Your doctor or pharmacist could provide the drug that causes you to be arrested. Some people don't react well to medication. Any medication that effects your balance or abilities could be cause for arrest. I doubt the California DMV was very proud of Locklear for her lack of judgment.
Driving under the influence (DUI) is defined as operating or having control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This includes prescription drugs and the level in the drivers body must keep them from driving safely or being clear headed. This was the case with Locklear. Each state has it's own level of blood alcohol content that determines if the person is arrested. Also, called drunk driving and driving while intoxicated (DWI).
All states have a blood alcohol content limit of 0.08. After that most states vary in the additional laws and limits they enforce. Some states like California have an enhanced BAC penalty.
Ok, the Heather Locklear mug shot looked really bad, but was it as bad as the Lil Kim mug shot? Lil Kim had marajuana, oops, at least Heather had legal drugs. The really rotten part is that the helpful person that called the cops for the safety of others made money selling the photographs to paparazzi filth.
This good citizen sounds like a stalker to me. Then when you find out it's Jill Ishkanian you wonder if it's a horror story. This lady is a former editor for Us Weekly and after she left she used her knowledge to steal information from their computers so she could stalk famous people. The FBI is still investigating her.
Now Ishkanian owns a paparazzi filth agency so she's twice as dangerous because the paparazzi are a weapon all by themselves and now that weapon is in the hands of a dishonest stalker crazy women. She's so bad she can't even sell her photos herself because no on will buy from her. You know your a freak when the tabloids won't deal with you.
The Heather Locklear DUI shows us that even beautiful and rich people have problems. I wish she would trade some of being beautiful and rich for some of my problems...just kidding. - 16755
