The strange ruling is that the two must stay married for a few months, and try to make their marriage work. With $3 million on the line, they conspire to make each other quit the marriage, as they are both determined to get the money for themselves.

The Sandbox is a hoax on the Internet to discourage new SEOs

I just wanted to write something up to give some people some guidance. I get a lot of questions daily on the Sandbox and the Overoptimization filter on Google posed by my clients. I really wanted to address if they exist and how to fix any problems you may have. I have done some tests and finally have results that clear some things up for me.

The Sandbox is the easy one to address. There are two things I can say about it. The two things are that either it does not exist, or I have figured out the most magical formula to bypass it, but I don't know what it is. I read these forums where people say they are in the sandbox for six or even twelve months. I want those people to know that I feel something else is wrong with their site, I put up 3 new sites in November, and by January I was on the first page of Google. May I also add that these were brand new domains, and before being on page one they were on page two or three in just a few weeks.

I can't say for sure that there is no Sandbox, even though I like to, because it is different from most of what you read, and I love to be different and cause a fuss. I will say however, that my three sites all got to the top with no problem so I either have really good luck, or I just can get around it. If there is a sandbox I missed it with three sites, so maybe it is just that my methods are better than everyone on the forums that talk about this horrible sandbox.

Now the overoptimization filter. Let's just be blunt, if your site is overoptimized in Google's eyes they will completley destroy your rankings. They will literally kill your site. Bye Bye good ranking, hello I am not in the index at all. Here is what I did. On week 2 of new website that was fantastic, I was on page one in the number five position. Best ranking ever in that short amount of time. Oh it was lovely. Then along came Mr. Overoptimization and he slit my throat. My site disappeared one day, and I don't mean from page one, I mean from the whole index. I wasn't even on page one when I searched for my domain name with the dot com.

Right away I screamed Sandbox, read everything I could on it, and accepted that I would not be ranked for six months. I then pulled half of my hair out wondering if my other sites would drop like that too. As a matter of fact I obsessed over my rankings sometimes checking them hourly just to make sure they were still somewhere close to page one. You know Google rankings change a lot, I learned this during my little breakdown. After about a month of inaction because I assumed Sandbox I boldly made a move. At the top of my site in my H1 tags I had my keywords, I changed that tag, took the keywords out of it. A few days later, though not number one because I still am overoptimized, I was in position 100. Guess what? I wasn't sandboxed, I overoptimized.

The results of this test were impressive. I jumped from not being indexed to being just over position 100. I have since made another change reducing my keyword density some more. I found that my keyword density for my main keywords was about 4% which people in forums, who I dont believe know a lot, say is good, somewhere between 3-7 percent. The sites ranked for this keyword have a density for the phrase somewhere between 0-1%. I am now waiting to see what this reduction does for my rankings.

Before today if someone asked me I would have said on page optimization is crap, and nobody needs to do it. I change this statement now and say onpage optimization will not get you good rankings, but it will absolutley blast your site if you do too much of it. See I didn't think that Google would weight the factors within my control so much, when it comes to improving rankings, they may not, but boy they will just delete you right out if you are over optimized. The only problem I have is I have now dropped in my rankings on MSN because they like high densitys. Thats ok though, I want a good position on Google, I will get MSN later.

So if you have been sitting around reading forums thinking your site is in the sandbox for 6 months, I want to tell you to change your strategy. Something you are doing is wrong. If you can seriously sit around for 6 to 12 months hoping to magically jump out of this sandbox to number one you are nuts. Make some changes to your site and see if anything happens, what do you have to lose? You aren't indexed, instead of doing the natural thing and adding all your keywords and stuffing them, see if you need to remove some. I get on page 2 in no more than 2 months with every site I launch, at least thus far, so I don't think there is anything to this sandbox.

Here is a tip from me. Don't link to anybody. What? That's right. I have several websites, they don't link to eachother and they don't link to anybody else. The reason? I know I can be punished if I link to someone that links to someone that sucks. Therefore instead of leaving my destiny in there hands, I just don't link to anybody including myself. - 16755

Styling Curly Hair

You need to begin by moisturizing your hair the best you can. You will need a lot of moisture if you have curly hair. Don't shampoo every time you shower. Condition every time you wet your hair, but only shampoo a few times a week or every other wash at most. This will ensure you get the most moisture possible. Deep condition regularly as well.

Once your hair is clean and conditioned, rinse your hair one final time with the coldest water you can stand. If you don't think you can stand it, use a pitcher or get out of the way so that only your hair gets the cold water.

The cold water will help seal the cuticle. This keeps the moisture from escaping. Steam will open the cuticle back up, so don't let the bathroom get steamy, or get out of the bathroom as soon as possible.

Next, you will need to apply the products to your hair. Don't squeeze the water out of your hair yet, keep it sopping wet. This will make sure the products are evenly distributed throughout your hair.

You can use any product you like, but I recommend always starting with a leave-in conditioner. You can either leave in a little bit of your regular conditioner, use your regular conditioner as a leave-in, or use a leave-in conditioner. If you have shoulder length hair, use about a nickel sized amount. Use more with longer hair.

Coat your palms and fingers with the conditioner and gently comb it through your hands. You want to evenly distribute it throughout your hair. Put more towards the ends because they are older and usually drier. Now you can add the next product. I usually prefer a curling gel that holds the curls without the stiffness.

A mousse will work as well and you could even add a de-frizzing serum. I like the spray gel because I can spray it right on my hair for less handling. Next, scrunch your hair to encourage the curls. Scrunch it towards your hair and use this to squeeze out the water.

Finally, take a towel and scrunch with it some more to get as much water out as possible. It's best to let it air dry, but if you want it done faster, you can use a diffuser on a low setting for a few minutes to help speed up the process. Don't brush or comb your hair or else you'll break up the curls. Let it dry and then put in some pins or clips if you want. - 16755

BOLT: Bolt: This film is an animated family comedy. The star is dog actor Bolt, who in his TV show, has super hero dog powers. His problem is that he is convinced he has superpowers. After he is unexpectedly finds himself in a real world situation, he realizes that he is only a normal dog. Now, trying to get back home, he finds help, in the form of Mittens, the cat, and Rhino, the hamster.

JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH: On a mission to discover what happened to his lost brother, Professor Trevor Anderson sets out on a journey that sends him into the depths of our planet. This is a new version of the original 1959 movie, which was about the classic work by Jules Verne. This sci-fi adventure stars Brendan Fraser, and Anita Briem.

MADAGASCAR: ESCAPE 2 AFRICA: This is the next edition to the hugely successful movie Madagascar. This small group of animals are attempting to leave Madagascar, and go back to the Central Park Zoo in NY, which is home for them all. Instead, thanks to those wacky Penguins again, they are heading off to have more adventures first.

THE INCREDIBLE HULK: This movie tells the tale of Dr. Bruce Banner (Edward Norton), who has been transformed into the Hulk. The movie is about the marvel universe comic super hero the green Hulk. ROLE MODELS: Danny and Wheeler, a couple of energy drink sales people, are facing jail time after destroying the company vehicle while binging. The only way to avoid jail time is to work in community service for 150 hours. The problem is they will need to mentor some kids in a big brother type situation. The stage is set for some good comedy.

STEP BROTHERS: When two children like older men, who each live with their single parents, will now have to live in the same room because their parents have wed, we see that they are bound to have problems. Casting John Reilly and Will Ferrell acting as these two idiots, and this seems to be a great recipe for lots of laughs. This comedy looks like a sure fire bet if your looking for some laughs.

WANTED: Wesley Gibson is about to learn that his long lost father is a professional killer. His father has been murdered, now Wesley is asked to join into the organization that his dead father was involved with. He now will become the assassin that that he was destined to become. From that point on, this movie gets extremely complicated. Enjoy the ride.

Now, Batman really has his hands full, as the Joker has unleashed his criminal insanity on Gotham City.

Jumper: Nearing death by drowning, David Rice (Hayden Christensen) learns he has an unbelievable ability. He has the ability to teleport himself to anywhere he desires to be, anytime he wants. He then comes to learn that he is not the only one that has this ability. After he becomes used to jumping around the world, he learns that there are people that are trying to rid the world of jumpers. Now he is in a fight for survival, as these paladins believe he should die.
